The Evermore and Bluebird are a 5 minute walk from each other, and and our central location puts you within easy reach of Reed College, the Westside, and many unique Portland neighborhoods.

The Official Site for the Bluebird and Evermore Guesthouses, known together as Division Inns. Both locations blend the warmth of classic Portland with modern amenities such as fast wi-fi, luxury mattresses and endless hot water. Each of our guest rooms have private bathrooms and are uniquely styled and furnished, offering a consistent attention to comfort and amenities. The large social rooms invite you in and provide the ideal setting for dining, relaxing or entertaining. The kitchen is available for you to cook a meal, prepare a snack or boil water for tea, and a continental breakfast is ready in the morning whenever you are. 

You'll feel like it is your own space while here, while friendly staff are available when needed.

Complimentary: continental breakfast, high speed wi-fi throughout the properties and laundry machines. The Evermore includes free parking in our private lot, while the Bluebird has free street parking.
