Minimum Age for Children to stay overnight is 6 years old.  Children of all ages are welcome to visit- we love kids but younger ones tend to have a harder time understanding noise level etiquette.

No Group Reservations, max of 2 rooms per party.

Due to the historic nature of the Guesthouses stairs are used to access all guest rooms.

Apologies but no pets allowed onsite.

No Smoking/vaping anything anywhere on the property- including outside.

Check-in starts at 3pm, Check-out is by 11am. While there’s no guarantees we are often able to accommodate early check-ins and late check-outs. Our common areas are available to relax in before check-in and after check-out, as well as luggage storage.
